We felt like master chefs as we whipped up delicious meals using the fridge, oven, and kitchenware provided. I recently had a fantastic experience staying at Ando Living - Santa Catarina Townhouse. the owners were extremely courteous, maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout my stay. the apartment itself was wonderfully cozy and modern, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was impressively clean and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. Despite being located in a bustling city center, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the strategic location allowed easy access to all the main attractions, making it the perfect choice for any visitor.

The location of this townhouse is unbeatable! You step out of the apartment and find yourself in the heart of a bustling shopping area, with everything within walking distance. The property is well-managed, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the self-check-in process, which was easy to navigate. The finishing of the house is top-notch, and it truly feels like a home away from home.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. the cooker and oven were electric, and there were no guides on how to operate them.

Fantastic apartment! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a washing machine to a dishwasher. The apartment was modern and recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. I especially appreciated the small coffee machine and the high-speed WiFi. The welcome pack with wine and cold water in the fridge was a nice touch. The team was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. The apartment was also conveniently located, making it easy to access all the main attractions. Despite being in a central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The midweek cleaning service with a change of towels was a bonus.

Although I knew in advance, the fact that the lift was not working was a minor inconvenience, especially when carrying big suitcases up to the third floor. the bathroom lighting was poor and the bathroom sink had slow drainage.

Guests can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the pedestrian mall and have easy access to various shops and amenities. the apartments are modernly decorated and equipped with all necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine. the rooms are well-maintained and offer comfortable furnishings.

Some guests experienced difficulties with the elevator, which was not functioning.
